7 - MAINTENANCE

Heater and evaporator (air conditioning system) - Cleaning

Move the machine to a level and firm ground.
Place the direction-of-travel lever and gearshift lever in
neutral position.
Immobilize the machine by means of the parking brake.
Stop the engine and remove the starter switch key.
Remove the operator's seat.
Clean the heater and cooler using compressed air not ex-
ceeding 7 bar (102 psi) taking care not to damage the ra-
diator fins.
NOTICE: before using compressed air, take the necessary
precautions to protect your face.
Clean the inside of the chamber with a damp cloth and
reassemble the filter element onto the base.
NOTE: the filter should be cleaned more frequently when
operating in extremely dusty conditions.
