2.5 Replacing the front spar
Preliminary
Remove connected parts (bumper, headlights, lid, radiator, tub)
procedures
Remove the fender (see chapter 2.1)
Remove the front trellis (see chapter 2.3)
Remove the front cross-member (see chapter 2.4)
Place the vehicle on the vehicle bench.
Replacement parts
•
Front spar (A)
•
Reinforcement mounting (B)
Material necessary
•
10 structural rivets (Ø 4.8)
(5 for RH spar/5 for LH spar)
•
2/4 x M8 screws
