there was voltage between terminals 1 + 3:
- Replace Speedometer Vehicle Speed Sensor
(VSS) -G22-.
- Erase DTC memory of Engine Control Module
(ECM) Page ST-25
Reset/erase diagnostic data.
- Generate readiness code
