Data Logging Function

This section describes restrictions when the data logging function is used.

Data to be collected

Only data in standard devices can be collected. ( Page 171 Data to be collected)
Although data logging cannot be executed by specifying safety devices and safety labels, data in safety
devices and safety labels can be collected by taking the following steps ( to ).
: Transfer the values of the target safety device or safety label to a standard/safety shared label.
: Transfer the values of the standard/safety shared label specified in Step  to a standard device.
: Logs standard devices specified in Step .

Only standard devices can be specified as monitoring data of when "Device change specification" is selected as the trigger
condition. "Step No. specification" can be selected only for standard programs.

Output settings

With the Safety CPU, even if set to "Output with device comment" in the output settings "Device comment output" item, device
comments are not output to the file.

Auto logging

If a sampling interval of the data logging function is set to the one other than "Each scanning cycle", data logging registration
