Program example
The following figure shows a program example and the overview of the operation.
■Execution determination of start-up processing
(0) Set an interlock signal (M0) to prevent the above program from being executed if the operating status of the CPU module is changed from STOP to RUN
during operation. Do not set the latch setting for the device and label used for the interlock signal.
■Signal initialization
(6) With the direct access output, the starting up (own system) (Y41) is turned on and the control system (own system) (Y42) is turned off.
■Standby time setting
(11)Set the standby time. For the system A (SM1632), set the standby time longer.
■Standby processing
(17) to (25)If the control system is started up with the on delay timer (X30), the system stands by temporarily. If both systems start up successfully, the system
does not stand by.
■Condition judgment of the other system
(32)When the other system is operating and the own system is the system B (DX31 AND SM1633) or when the own system checks that the other system has
already been started up as the control system (DX32), a stop error occurs on the own system.
■Output of the control system (own system)
(39)With the direct access output, the control system (own system) (Y42) is turned on and the other system is notified of the start-up of the own system as the
control system. The interlock signal (M0) turns on as well.
