2 Preparing the Mass Spectrometer for Operation
To install the reservoir bottles:
1. Remove the reservoir bottle caps.
2. Screw each onto the mass spectrometer, as shown below.
3. For each reservoir bottle, ensure that the ends of the solvent delivery
tubes are close to, but do not touch, the bottom of the bottle (see
page 52).
