19 Check the temperature and
humidity in service mode
(COPIER>DISPLAY>ANALOG>
TEMP/HUM). Are the readings
normal?
20 Is the photosensitive drum
grounded properly?
21 Clean the potential sensor. Is the
problem corrected?
22 Replace the photosensitive drum. Is
the problem corrected?
