After wrapping the transfer
drum sheet around the
transfer drum, check the
gap between the leading
edge and the trailing edge
of the sheet; make sure it is
0±1.5 mm. If not, go back
to step 5), and make sure
that the sheet is horizontal,
and start over.
8) After making sure that there is no gap,
start attaching both ends of the sheet to the
transfer drum.
At this time, try using both thumbs as
shown, moving them as if to rub the sheet
in axial direction. (Do not move the
thumbs in peripheral direction, which can
cause parts of the sheet to lift.)
9) Remove the backing paper from the
trailing edge of the transfer drum sheet.
