Step Checks
1 Generate a halftone test print using
TYPE=5 (DNES-M/C/Y/K=25,
TXPH=0), and make a check.
2 Is the screw on the core fixing roll
of the photosensitive drum loose?
3 Is the fixing screw on the flywheel
loose?
4 Is the flywheel mounted at an
angle?

Yes/No Action
YES Tighten the screw.
YES Tighten the fixing
screw.
YES Mount the flywheel
properly.
