Corrective action:
Check whether there are sufficient operating system resources. If there is no problem

Meaning:
A command time-out occurred because of a WMI error.
Corrective action:
1. Check the operation of the "Windows Management Instrumentation"
(WMI) service. If it has not been started, start it.
2. Perform recovery of the PCI card status.
