4. Replacement and Adjustment
1. Locate the EEPROM on the lower left side of the MCU.
• The pins of the EPROM are soft and easy to bend. Work carefully when you remove it.
2. If you do not have a chip puller, use the tip of a small screwdriver to raise the bottom [1] of the
EEPROM slightly.
3. Raise the top [2] slightly.
4. Alternately raise the bottom and top of the EEPROM slightly until you see it is loose, and then
remove it [3].
