• HDD device was busy for over 31 seconds.
• A diagnostic command was set for the HDD, but the device remained
busy for over 6 seconds.
• Defective HDD device
• Defective HDD connector
• Defective ASIC device
• Replace or uninstall the HDD device.
• Replace the HDD connector.
• Replace the controller board.
• Defective HDD device
• Replace or remove the HDD device.
