2. Appendix 2: Service Program Mode
There are frequent ink pump motor timeouts during ink filling. (There are 5 timeouts for
each ink tank during initial ink filling.) Every time an ink pump switches on, the firmware
checks to confirm that the OCFS is on. If the OCFS does not come on after 2 sec., the
motor switches off.

2 Reversal Rotation Period
The minimum pumping rate for ink supply is 0.25 ml/sec. However, the Duty of each ink
cartridge pump motor is temperature dependent.
• The higher the temperature, the slower the pump motor operates to pump ink
