This SP code is used to adjust the registration roller start timing for roll paper Size 3
based on the amount of paper remaining on the roll.
1 Remaining: less than 10%

2 Remaining: 10< to 20%
[0 to 1000/400/1 msec]
3 Remaining: 20< to 30%
