5.10.1.3 Radio Override Configuration

Profile Interface Override Configuration
Access points can have their radio profile configurations overridden if a portion of a profile is no longer relevant to
the access point's deployment objective.
To define a radio configuration override for an access point:
1. Select
Devices
2. Select a target access point from the Device Browser in the lower, left-hand, side of the UI.
3. Select
Profile Overrides
4. Select
Interface
5. Select Radios.
6. Review the following radio configuration data to determine whether a radio configuration requires modification
or override:
Name
from the Configuration tab.
from the Device menu to expand it into sub menu options.
to expand its sub menu options.

NOTE: A blue override icon (to the left of a parameter) defines the parameter as having
an override applied. To remove an override, go to the Basic Configuration screen's Device
Overrides field and select Clear Overrides. This will remove all overrides from the device.
Displays whether the reporting radio is the access point's radio1, radio2 or
radio3. AP-7131 models can support up to 3 radios. AP-6532, AP-7131,
AP-7161 and AP-8132 models support 2 radios and AP-6511 and AP-6521
models support a single radio.
