options that are generally available from the toolbar and menus.

Change settings for several drawing

To change a particular setting for all drawings of the job click the name of that
particular setting with the left mouse button. A drop-down menu appears
containing several popular default settings.

Reset Column Width:

The file information dialog box appears.
The Pen settings window appears.
The viewer opens.
The Add or Insert Drawing File(s) dialog box appears.

you can hide the column with the specific setting
the selected column will be set to its standard width
