From the Process quick menu, choose Unprocess Drawing File.

Preprocess mode
Preprocess mode means saving a job with VIC files as well as the native file
formats. This can be useful for jobs that will be printed again in the future
because they will not have to be processed again.
The drawback to this feature is that it uses extra disk space to hold native

Open the job with the required drawings.

Go to the 'Options' menu.

Choose 'Preprocessing Mode'.

The preprocess mode is active.
Attention:
preprocessing mode will not take this into account. Thus the settings will
be changed in the drawing, but will not be changed in the VIC file.
