This option defineds the type of raster data.
Set the scan to file type
Go to the 'File' section.

Tiff (If you choose Tiff, you must choose other options in the Tiff
sub-format).
Tiff sub-format
Organization: Raw or Tile
Compression: None, Group 3-1D, Group 4 or Pack Bits.
