Referenced LSA Advertising Router—Router LSA or network LSA with which the IPv6
address prefixes should be associated
Referenced LSA ID—Router LSA or network LSA with which the IPv6 address prefixes

asbr—Address of the AS boundary router
LS Seq Number—Sequence number of the LSA
TLVs—Type of TLV included in LSA
1(Restart duration)—Duration of the restart, in seconds
2(Restart Reason)—Reason that the peer restarted: Unknown, Software Restart,
Software Reload, Software Upgrade, Switch to redundant control processor
3(Unknown)—Any recognized type is listed as type 3, unknown; consequently the
meaning and units of the value are unknown as well
length—Length of the TLV; varies according to the TLV
Value—Value of the TLV; varies according to TLV
