Deleting Multicast Forwarding Entries

You can clear one or more forwarding entries from the multicast routing table.
However, if you do so, the entries might reappear in the routing table if they are
rediscovered.
clear ip mroute

Monitoring IP Multicast Settings

To display general information about the IP multicast configuration on the router,
use the following show commands.
show ip mroute

Deleting Multicast Forwarding Entries

Use to delete IPv4 multicast forwarding entries.
If you specify an *, the router clears all IP multicast forwarding entries.
If you specify the IPv4 address of a multicast group, the router clears all multicast
forwarding entries for that group.
If you specify the IPv4 address of a multicast group and the IPv4 address of a
multicast source, the router clears the multicast forwarding entry that matches
that group and source.
Example
host1:boston#clear ip mroute *

Use to display information about all or specified multicast forwarding entries.
Specify a multicast group IP address or both a multicast group IP address and a
multicast source IP address to display information about particular multicast
forwarding entries.
Use the summary option to see a summary rather than a detailed description.
Use the count option to display the number of multicast forwarding entries.
Use the statistics option to display statistics for packets received through all
multicast forwarding entries that the router has added to the multicast routing
table and established on the appropriate line modules.
Use the active option to display the active multicast routes with admission
bandwidth greater than the specified bandwidth threshold. The default is 4000
bps.
Field descriptions
(S, G) IP addresses of the multicast source and the multicast group
Admission bandwidth Admission bandwidth per mroute, in bps
