REMOVE KNOCK OUTS
NOTE: There is a maximum of 4 E-Chains for HNBFCNB
and 2 E-Chains for HNBFCNS
STEP 1: Remove knock outs on Wire Channel as needed.

STEP 2: Remove Connector ends from the rest of the E-Chain.
