Step 2.
Install the PCIe adapter to the riser cage.
a.
(Optional) If a PCIe filler is installed in the slot, loosen the screw that secures the filler; then,
remove the filler. Save the filler for future use.
b.
(Optional) If the holder is secured on the riser cage, loosen the screw that secures the holder;
then, remove and save the holder for later use.
c.
Align the PCIe adapter with the slot; then, carefully slide the adapter into the slot until it is
firmly seated.
Note: Make sure not to let the adapter touch the edge of the riser cage.
d.
Secure the PCIe adapter with one screw.
e.
Insert the holder into the corresponding slot to cover the corner of the PCIe adapter; then,
secure the holder with one screw.
