Step 2.
Remove the M.2 riser card from the riser cage.
a.
Loosen the two screws that secure the riser card.
b.
Slide the riser card upward until the guide pins are seated in the large opening of the keyholes;
then, remove the riser card from the riser cage.

Remove an M.2 drive from the M.2 adapter.

Locate the M.2 drive to be removed.
