Control Description
Allows you to insert/remove the media. Media slot accepts

Compact Flash Cards. Media can only be removed via the media

eject button located to the left of the medial slot, which is
protected by the Warning Plate.
Caution Hot Swap of the Compact Flash Card is not supported. In
order to replace an existing Compact Flash Card with a new
Compact Flash Card, the user must first perform the shutdown
sequence. The recorder must then be powered off, the old
compact flash replaced and the unit powered back on.▲
USB slot Allows you to insert/remove USB Memory stick for file transfer, e.g.
historical data download, configuration file upload/download, etc.
Reset Allows you to reset the recorder. Insert a slender object to press on
the reset switch.
Media door Allows access to the media slot, chassis release, and reset. To
open the media door, push down and pull on the protruding lip on
top of the door.
The recorder has an LCD graphics screen that also acts as a touch keypad.
Lightly press the desired area of screen to activate the function, and the unit
acknowledges the press by providing audible feedback. Refer to Figure 3–2
and you can see that the graphics screen is divided into two sections: the
button bar along the bottom of the screen and the graphics area. Note that
it is necessary to view the screen head-on to avoid parallax error when
trying to press buttons which are close together.
