a. Input Scales block: Refer to step 4a in the Linear type point
programming section.
b. Output Scales block: Refer to step 4b in the Linear type point
programming section.
c. Timeout: Timeout sets a maximum time period between data
updates from the external source before flagging the point as
invalid. The point is flagged as invalid if no update is received
within the specified timeout period. Note that this invalid
condition may be assigned as an abnormal alarm to annunciate loss
of communications with the Host. Enter the timeout period in
seconds or enter 0 to disable this function.
