Return Authorization
All equipment and/or parts to be returned to Thermo Scientific for repair
or credit must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA). This RMA is
issued by the service department. When calling for an RMA, please provide
your purchase order number and an explanation of why equipment and/or
parts are being returned.
After obtaining the RMA, return equipment along with the RMA and a
copy of the purchase order. This ensures rapid service and/or credit.
