Due to the delicate nature of the cables and various connections on the
Display/Touchscreen assembly, if there is an issue with the Display,
Assembly
Touchscreen, CPU card, or Compact Flash assembly (mounted on the
bottom of the Display Touchscreen Assembly) the SV100A unit should be
submitted to Thermo Scientific for repair.
Note Replace the fuse with a fuse of the same type and rating. Refer to
Appendix C for part number and rating. To ensure reliability, replace the
fuse every three years. ▲
1. Remove the chassis, and pull the power supply out of the case.
2. Locate the F1 fuse, and pull it straight and out of the fuse holder.
3. Push a new fuse into the fuse holder base, being careful to get the leads
started into the fuse holder correctly.
4. Return the power supply to its correct position inside the case.
5. Install the chassis back into the case.
