These screens emulate paper-type chart recorders with pens; they can show
up to six programmed points. Figure 6–4 displays a typical horizontal trend
(H_Trend) and vertical trend (V_Trend) screens, respectively. Instructions
on setting up a trend screen follow.

1. Screen Definition:

a. Type: Select H_Trend or V_Trend.
b. Title: Enter the title you want to give this screen.
c. Points Assignment: Enter the point number you wish to display.
You can assign up to six points.
d. Show Parameters block:
i. Chart Speed: Press this button to open the Chart Speed screen
(Figure 6–6). Set low and high chart speeds by pressing the left
and right arrow buttons to decrease and increase speeds. The
single arrow keys adjust the chart speeds in small increments,
and the double arrow keys adjust the chart speeds in larger
amounts.
