Syntax
[:SOURce<n>]:VOLTage[:LEVel][:IMMediate]:OFFSet {<offset>|MINimum|MAXimum}

Description
Set or query the DC offset of the waveform currently selected. The default unit is VDC.

Explanation
You can use the [:SOURce<n>]:VOLTage[:LEVel][:IMMediate][:AMPLitude]

amplitude of the waveform currently selected and use the
set the output impedance of the signal source.
When the current waveform is DC, the offset range is from -2.5VDC to 2.5VDC.

