Problem
Drapers running too slow
in heavy crop
Drapers running too fast
in light crop
Deck height improperly
adjusted
Crop conditions do not
require beater bars
End deflectors too wide
Solution
Increase draper speed.
Reduce draper speed.
Adjust deck height.
Remove beater bars.
For headers with manual
deck shift only, trim
deflector or replace
with narrow deflector
(MD #172381).
