Removal of Existing Rectifier: Removal of Existing Rectifier:
• Disconnect wires and ribbon cable from Power Board rectifier assembly.
• Remove (2) bolts securing rectifier assembly at top and bottom of heat sink extrusion.
• Pull rectifier assembly (A6) straight out toward front of ATevo.
• Remove the four (4) screws that attach Power Board to assembly.
• Remove screw that attaches Capacitor Board (A7) to assembly.
• If an Auxiliary I/O Board (A4) is present, remove the four (4) screws that attach it to the
assembly.
• Lift and remove all boards from the existing rectifier / heat sink assembly (A6).
Installation of New Rectifier: Installation of New Rectifier:
• Plug removed boards onto new rectifier/heat sink assembly (A6).
• Make sure all spade connections on bottom of Power Board (A2) are correctly seated on
new rectifier.
• Replace all board mounting screws.
• Insert new assembly into enclosure.
• Install mounting bolts on top and bottom of heat sink extrusion.
• Reconnect wires to rectifier/heat sink (A6) and Power Board (A2).
• Replace safety shield and close front panel door.
• Restart ATevo.
Replacing Power Board Replacing Power Board
To replace Power Board (A2), first follow instructions above for removing Rectifier / Heat Sink
Assembly.

16.3.4. Replacing DC Power Supply

Replacing DC Power Supply
• Shut down and lock out all power to ATevo.
• Remove safety shield.
• DC Power Supply Board (P/S-9V) is plugged onto bottom center of Power Board (A2),
directly below L2-2 lug.
• Gently pull Power Supply Board off of Power Board (A2).
• Align two (2) header sockets (on bottom of replacement DC Power Supply) with J101 and
J102 header pin strips on existing Power Board.
• Gently press new DC Power Supply Board (P/S-9V) onto Power Board (A2) until it mates.
• Replace safety shield and close front panel door.
• Restart ATevo.
