• Wait several minutes to allow internal potentials in capacitors to bleed off.
• Remove safety shield.
Removal (30-50 Adc): Removal (30-50 Adc):
• Locate Filter Board (A7) on top of heatsink, above Power Board (A2) and rectifier, along
left side of ATevo.
• Remove two (2) nuts from studs connecting Power Board to Filter Board.
• Remove one (1) screw at top center of Filter Board.
• Remove existing Filter Board (A7) assembly.
Installation (30-50 Adc): Installation (30-50 Adc):
• Place new Filter Board (A7) onto studs of Power Board and replace two (2) nuts and (1)
screw.
• Replace safety shield, close door, and restart ATevo.
For 75 Adc and 100 Adc ATevos: For 75 Adc and 100 Adc ATevos:
• Locate the C1 discrete capacitor can(s) near the top left of the enclosure.
Removal of Existing Capacitor (C1x) Assembly (75 Adc and 100 Adc): Removal of Existing Capacitor (C1x) Assembly (75 Adc and 100 Adc):
• Remove the screws attaching the capacitor to connection wires and/or bus bar.
• Loosen the screw on the capacitor bracket at the bottom of the capacitor mounting.
• Make note of the polarization of the capacitor (+ and – terminals).
• Remove capacitor(s) from bracket(s).
Installation of New C1 Capacitor Assembly (75 Adc and 100 Adc): Installation of New C1 Capacitor Assembly (75 Adc and 100 Adc):
• Place new capacitor(s) into brackets maintaining the same polarity as the one(s)
removed.
• Tighten the screw(s) on the capacitor bracket(s).
• Reconnect the connection wires and/or busbars in the same location using the capacitor
terminal screws
• Replace safety shield, close door, and restart ATevo.

MOV Board MOV Board
• Shut down and lock out all power to the ATevo.
• Remove the safety shield.
• The MOV Board (A9) is bolted to top left side of circuit breaker bracket.
