from ATevo. Disconnect battery from DC Output Circuit Breaker (CB2+/-). Wait
several minutes to allow voltages in dc filter electrolytic capacitors (C1x/C2)
to bleed off.
Each topic in this section provides instructions for replacing a different component if defective.
Printed circuit boards are sensitive to damage from static discharges. Leave
replacement pc boards in anti-static bags until you are ready to install them.
Ground yourself before handling board, by touching ground stud on back of
door. Always handle printed circuit boards by their edges.

Preparation:

• Shut down and lock out all power to ATevo.
• Remove optional user wiring from various printed circuit board (A1, A2, A4, etc.) terminals
(TB#).
Removal of Existing Main Control Board:

• Remove ribbon cable lower-right edge of Main Control Board (A1). Board is mounted on
four (4) plastic standoffs and one (1) metal ground stud.
• Remove nut from grounding stud on lower-left corner of board.
• Compress tab on each standoff, and pull board toward you until it clears all standoffs.

If any optional serial communications boards are present (these would be located
along left side of Main Control Board), they must be removed along with Main
Control Board as a complete assembly. To do so, compress standoffs on each
board and pull board toward you until it clears standoffs.

• Insert replacement board onto instrument panel with same orientation, and push it onto
