controller values. If you have a numeric-type controller, use the Value Decimal (dec.)
column. If you have a fader-type controller, use the Value Percentage (%) column. If
your controller allows you to program hex values, use the Value (hex) column.
The values in Table A-3 may vary slightly depending on your controller's rounding
convention.
