Is the gear jumping between speed reduction pulleys?
Is the noise coming from PF motor ?
Is the rough area on the surface of Grid roller partially
pealed off?
Is Grid roller rotating heavily?Or does any part of Grid
roller rumble when rotated?
Is PF scale dirty?
Is the mounting position of PF encoder correct?
Action
Replace X speed reduction belt.
Check Speed reduction belt tension.
Replace PF motor.
If there is paper dust or pieces of paper on Grid
roller, clean it with a nylon brush.
Apply a damp and tightly squeezed soft cloth to
wipe it off.
Install PF encoder properly.
