2.2 Troubleshooting with Error Messages

Securely connect it.
If "No media" is displayed even when paper is
loaded, check the item 5.
Adjust P Rear Sensor.
If the same error continues to be displayed,
replace P Rear Sensor.
Replace MAIN board.
If "No media" is displayed even when paper is
loaded, replace P Rear Sensor.
Instruct the user that media with low
reflectance cannot be used.
Securely connect it.
Adjust P_REAR sensor.
If the same error continues to be displayed,
replace P_REAR sensor.
Replace MAIN board.
