3.8 Replacing Cursor section

Remove Carriage Assy from Y rail in
following steps.
• Tightly hold cursor roller arm on both
sides of Carriage Assy and CR cursor
side arm with fingers to compress
cursor arm spring and remove
Carriage Assy from Y rail.
• Remove the both side of cursor roller
from Y rail.
• Remove Carriage Assy from Y rail.
3.8.17 Replacing Carriage Assy
NOTE
• When removing Carriage Assy from Y
rail, be careful no to scratch T fence.
• Rotate Carriage Assy, and remove it
from Y Rail.
• Since the tension of Cursor arm spring
is strong, be careful when removing it.
• When removing carriage Assy , be
careful not to damage cursor roller with
Y rail.
• When placing the removed Carriage
Assy down, make sure that Cursor
roller does not touch the floor.

Replace Carriage Assy.

To reassemble unit, reverse the removal
procedure.
