5.4 Test Menu

Head Waveform Menu

This menu is used to check the head-driving waveform.

This is a function that is not normally used in maintenance work.

• Nozzles can be selected A to H and ALL.

• The number of shots can be selected in a range from 1 to 655.

• Magnification can be selected from the x1, x100, x10000, x1000000.

• During DRIVE (waveform output), the [Cancel] key is invalid.

• When the number of waveform output is larger than 65535 shots, waveform is

output in units of 65535 shots. (Temperature is corrected by waveform output
