2.2 Troubleshooting with Error Messages

22 E227 Err This indicates that
Heater SSR "Heater Off " is not
worked.

1. Platen Thermistor connector may be
malfunctioning.
2. Platen Thermistor may be disconnecting.
3. HEATER DRIVE board may be
malfunctioning.
1. AC cable may have unplugged.
2. Instantaneous power failure may have
occurred.
3. Power board may be damaged.
1. HEATER DRIVE board may be
malfunctioning.
Action
1. Make sure to connect thermistor connector
securely.
2. Replace Thermistor relay.
3. Replace DRIVE board.
Plug AC cable securely.
Reboot the printer.
Replace Power board.
Replace HEATER DRIVE Board.
