Show, Hide, and Reorder Table Columns
You can selectively show and hide the data fields that appear in the records shown by
a tabular data display. You can also change the order of the table columns.
On a page with a table, click the View drop-down.
1.
Select Columns, and then select the columns to show/hide.
2.
Select Reorder Columns..., and then use the up and down arrows to order the
3.
columns.
Export a Table
The Export option of a tabular display downloads the contents of the data table to
your desktop in an HTML-based .xls file format that is compatible with current
spreadsheet applications, such as Microsoft Excel 2010 and Apache OpenOffice
Calc 3.4. You can also view these files in web browsers: simply rename the file using
the .html file extension in place of .xls.
Print a Table
The Print option of a tabular display reformats the screen data as a new, print-friendly
HTML document.
