Press the latch inside each magazine bay inner wall and pull the bottom edge of the

panel away from the module until the panel unlatches (see image below).
Free the tabs on the top edge of the panel from the module.

Rotate the top edge of the panel away from the top of the module about 90 degrees

and hold the panel in this position with one hand.
Disconnect the ribbon cable plug from the jack located on the circuit card.

Set the panel CRU on the anti-static mat.
