Name: Network host name for an archiver

3 Storage Commit
Configuration for storage commitment servers that take responsibility for and provide
receipt of content sent by the ultrasound system.
Up to eight storage commitment servers can be configured, but only one active
archive server is allowed at a specific location at any given time.
