Configuring the system for DICOM transfer

To configure the system for DICOM transfer, perform the following tasks (typically
completed by a network administrator or PACS manager):

Once you have configured your DICOM location, you can now select it from the
DICOM location list.
1 Each DICOM location will list the following:
SC: Storage commitment

MPPS: Modality Performed Procedure Step
l
Type: Archiver, MPPS, Worklist, SC
l
Device: Device used to perform the exam
l
Status: Confirmation that it has completed archiving
l
2 (Optional) If you want to use the MPPS service, associate the MPPS server with
the archiver:
