mode.
Set the resonance frequency for vibration suppression
control to suppress low-frequency machine vibration,
such as enclosure vibration.
When [Pr. PB02] is set to "_ _ _ 2" , this parameter can
be set manually.
PB21 This parameter is not used. Do not change the value.
PB22 This parameter is not used. Do not change the value.
PB23 Low-pass filter selection
Select the low-pass filter.
