distorted power supply voltage waveform when using
power regenerative converter or power regeneration
common converter.

0: Initial value (Waveform of power supply voltage is not
distorted)
1: Set "1" if undervoltage alarm occurs because of
distorted power supply voltage waveform when using
power regenerative converter or power regeneration
common converter.
PC21 Alarm history clear
Used to clear the alarm history.
0 0 0 x:
Alarm history clear
0: Invalid
1: Valid
When alarm history clear is made valid, the alarm history
is cleared at next power-on.
After the alarm history is cleared, the setting is
automatically made invalid (reset to 0).
