Step 5: Insert the SD Memory Card
All data recording in the receiver is done on a removable SD Memory Card
that is installed in the GPS Receiver Module. The SD Memory Card slot is
located inside the small compartment found on the front panel. To access the
card slot, unscrew the two thumbscrews that secure the door, and open the
door.
To ensure that you are comfortable with both installing and removing the SD
Memory Card, perform both procedures.
Installation
To install the SD Memory Card into the slot, orient it so that the card label is
facing to the right as shown in Figure 3.5. Gently push the card into the slot
until you feel a soft 'click'. The click indicates that the card is properly seated.
A correctly inserted SD Memory Card should not move once you have
removed your hand from the card.
