Verify antenna connection is secure.
If a DC block is being used as part of
a multiple antenna setup, check that
at least 1 receiver is not DC blocked.
Shield receiver from the sun or
increase air flow around the receiver.
Wait for download to complete oper-
ation before performing the com-
mand. If Download is not running,
run Download again to perform
proper shutdown routine.
