Fixed Height Tripods
Screw the tripod adapter into the Z-Max threaded receptacle. Once the GPS Receiver
Module and the tribrach adapter are attached, set the assembly onto the tripod.
When fixed height tripods are being used, the vertical height of the tripod is known. It
is not necessary to measure the HI as it can be computed. To determine the total
vertical height (HI) of the setup, add the vertical height of the Z-Max system to the
known height of the tripod.
