Coolant Pump Installation - GMC T Series 1994 Repair Manual

Tighten
• Bolts/studs to specifications:
— 5.0L and 5.7L engines:
• Two center bolts: 36 N-m (26 lbs. ft.).
• Outside bolts: 28 N-m (20 lbs. ft.).
• Bend the tab washers against the bolt
heads.
— 7.4L engines: 54 N-m (40 lbs. ft.).

COOLANT PUMP INSTALLATION

Install or Connect (Figures 102 and 103)
1. Gaskets (11).
2. Coolant pump (10).

Tighten •
