4 + Install or Connect
1. P la ce the c lu tc h coil a s s e m b l y o n the front h e a d w ith the
te rm i n a l s p o s i t io n e d at th e " m a r k e d ' ' lo ca tio n .
2. P la ce the J 3 3 0 2 4 c lu t c h coil in s t a l l e r o v e r t h e inte rnal
o p e n in g o f the c lu t c h coil h o u s i n g a n d a li g n in s t a l l e r
with the c o m p r e s s o r front h e a d .
3. C e n te r the J 8 4 3 3 - 1 p u l le r c r o s s b a r in th e c o u n t e r - su n k
c e n t e r ho le o f the J 3 3 0 2 4 c lu t c h c oil installer. Install the
J 3 3 0 2 6 - 2 t h r o u g h b o lts
c r o s s b a r slots a n d th r e a d t h e m in to th e h o l d i n g fix tu re
J 3 3 0 2 6 to full f ixtu re t h i c k n e s s (F ig . 15).
4. T u rn the c e n t e r f o r c i n g s c r e w o f the J 8 4 3 3 - 1 p u lle r
c r o s s b a r to force the c lu t c h coil o n t o the fr o n t h e a d . Be
su re c lu tc h coil a n d J 3 3 0 2 4 in s t a l l e r s ta y " i n -lin e "
d u r i n n installation.
